Elevana exists to support women affected by family violence to rebuild clarity, strengthen confidence, and reconnect with meaningful participation in work, leadership, and community life.
Our work focuses on the rebuilding phase following crisis, recognising, that long-term wellbeing is strengthened, when women are supported to regain direction, stability and independence.
We deliver culturally grounded,
strengths-based support, that bridges lived realities with organisational understanding.
Elevana focuses on practical pathways forward, supporting women to re-engage with opportunity, while helping organisations build safer, and more informed responses when family violence impacts workforce.
Elevana Consulting was founded by Fuimaono Jennifer Laulala, whose commitment to this work is shaped by her own lived experience of family violence, alongside senior leadership experience within the New Zealand public service.
Fuimaono brings a grounded understanding of both the personal journey of rebuilding, and the organisational environments women must navigate. Her work has contributed to national conversations on gender equity, pay equity, and workplace responses to family violence.
With lived experience and extensive professional leadership, she offers both deep empathy and practical insight supporting women to rebuild confidence, and take meaningful steps towards independence and employment.
Through Elevana, Fuimaono is committed to supporting women's participation, leadership, and long-term wellbeing.
